We are currently recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager to join our team based at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours Per Week, Various Work Pattern Available, Must be Available for Night and Weekends

The Role:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the unit.
- Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
- Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays.
- Completing onsite quality Audits.
- Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
- Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings.
- Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
- Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary.
- Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.
The Person:
- Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked.
- An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard.
- Customer service focused.
- Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
- Clean driving licence.
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
