We are searching for a passionate Head Chef who embodies excellence in every dish. This role is not just about managing the kitchen; it's about leading a culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences.

A busy established restaurant in the Castlewellan area of Co Down is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join the current team. This is an attractive role as it is daytime hours - 7am-4pm (5 out of 7 days).

There is a great team of chefs and FOH staff all ready and waiting for the right person to come and lead. The ideal candidate will have successfully led a team as Head or Sous Chef within a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate must be organised with excellent people skills.

Excellent remuneration package of up to £40k on offer for the right candidate, including pension and staff discount on other properties within the group.
