About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Negotiate job offers and support candidates through onboarding.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's recruitment system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven, and resilient attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office (experience with recruitment software is an advantage)
