We are looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Manager to join a top removals firm in North West London. This is an amazing opportunity for a dedicated expert to oversee warehouse operations in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high levels of service in the removals sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations.
- Oversee the proper reception, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Supervise and support warehouse employees, offering training and direction as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies, with frequent assessments.
- Plan and organise deliveries and collections to ensure that clients' deadlines are met.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
- Help to prepare reports and other administrative chores.
- Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
