Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies, conducting regular assessments.
• Plan and schedule deliveries and collections to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative tasks.
• Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse role, preferably within the removals industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
