We are seeking a dedicated professional with OISC Level 1 certification to provide expert immigration advice and case management services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance with UK immigration laws while delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will manage visa applications, liaise with relevant authorities, and stay updated on immigration policies. Responsibilities: Provide UK immigration advice in accordance with OISC Level 1 regulations. Manage visa applications for individuals and corporate clients, including: Skilled Worker visas Family and Partner visas Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications British citizenship applications Sponsor Licence applications and compliance Conduct eligibility assessments and develop tailored immigration solutions. Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, the Home Office, and other relevant authorities. Stay up to date with UK immigration laws and best practices. Deliver internal training and guidance on immigration matters. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide high-quality client service, managing cases efficiently and meeting deadlines. Ensure full compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies. Requirements: OISC Level 1 certification (or higher) is required. Previous experience handling UK visa applications and compliance matters. Strong understanding of UK immigration laws and Home Office procedures. Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent service delivery skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
