Trade Compliance Analyst (12-month FTC)

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer who are seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will be responsible for assisting in all Trade Compliance related matters across the company.

Responsibilities

• Domestic shipments (Inbound and Outbound)
• International Exports (Outbound)
• International Imports (Inbound)
• Carnets for hand carried goods
• Export classification reviews
• Procurement reviews
• Denied Parties Screening
• Travel approvals (review, decision and execute)
• TC Training (design, deliver, communicate & execute)
• Input into Governance (Policies, Processes, Workflows & Procedures)
• Assurance (internal & external audits)
• Manage our internals blogs and communications
• Maintain our internal intranet pages
• Maintain and update the databases/records of all UK and US export Authorisations for the business programmes/Functions
• Support the input and gathering of TC Metrics/KPIs, as well as metrics requested or beneficial to the Programmes/Functions
• Support the Head of International Trade Compliance, as directed, with activities, including bid work and specific Programme or Functional demands and needs

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft IT Software applications (including PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
• Previous experience with ITAR / EAR is advantageous
