About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our client, a leading medical aesthetics and beauty clinic in Braintree, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to become our in-house expert, playing a key role in growing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving bookings through high-quality, strategy-led content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow 2 Instagram accounts, 2 Facebook pages, and a TikTok account.
  • Film and edit high-quality content on-site at the clinic, including Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Post regular Stories and implement engagement activities (polls, Q&As, DMs, etc.).
  • Plan and execute a weekly social media marketing strategy aligned with the clinic\’s goals.
  • Assist with the design and production of marketing materials, both digital and print.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok.
  • Use social media to increase bookings with both new and existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in aesthetics, beauty, and social media.
  • Leverage trending audio, hashtags, and Instagram features to maximise post reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, ideally within the niche market sector (aesthetics, beauty or wellness industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential).
  • Confidently filming and editing content independently.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, Reels, Stories, and ad features.
  • Knowledge of how to use social media strategically to convert followers into paying clients.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express or similar).
  • Excellent written English, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and confident working independently.~
