Head of Marketing in Slough

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to take ownership of brand positioning, marketing strategy and growth initiatives for an established organisation. This is a senior role suited to someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and wider teams to strengthen the brand, increase market visibility and identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering the overall brand, marketing and growth strategy.
• Taking ownership of brand positioning, messaging and consistency across all channels.
• Planning and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and commercial performance.
• Identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, partnerships and market growth.
• Using performance data and market insights to assess campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Managing marketing budgets, priorities and resources to maximise return on investment.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing, brand or growth-focused position.
• A strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing and customer acquisition.
• Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on delivery.
