Senior UK Immigration Consultant

A new opportunity is available for an experienced immigration professional to join a global law firm. Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Senior UK Immigration Consultant with strong exposure to business and corporate immigration.

The position offers full-time remote working and will manage a high-volume caseload of complex UK immigration matters. You\’ll be part of a collaborative team in a forward-thinking environment where your expertise will be truly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy portfolio of UK corporate and business immigration cases from start to finish.
• Provide strategic immigration advice to clients, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation.
• Act as a key contact for HR teams, businesses, and assignees, delivering smooth end-to-end immigration processes.
• Maintain accurate case records using immigration case management systems.
• Keep up to date with policy and legislative changes, providing timely updates to clients.
• Deliver clear, professional communication to clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with compliance reviews to identify potential risks.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the immigration function.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Adhere to all regulatory and internal standards, ensuring work is completed to the highest level.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ experience in UK business or corporate immigration within a law firm or professional services setting.
• OISC Level 1 certified (or willing to complete).
• Skilled in using web-based immigration case management systems.
• Technologically confident, with a keen interest in systems, automation, and tech efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and international compliance matters.
• Previous moving experience is always required.
