Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation strategies for global organisations
- Review, analyse and understand compensation data and key trends, providing insight to corporations to aid decision making and ensure they remain competitive in attracting and retaining key talent
- Create and deliver tailored compensation strategies for clients
- Build and grow relationships with clients across a range of sectors including technology, financial services and retail
- Deliver presentations and reports that communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow the company’s client base
- Provide advice and recommendations on base pay, equity and bonuses
Requirements:
- Current/Previous experience working for a consulting team in their external Reward or Compensation team
- Strong analytical mindset with data modeling and analysis skills
- Ability to work with and interpret data to deliver data led solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Confident leading client presentations and communication with key stakeholders
