Job Title: Sales Executive & Receptionist – Medical Aesthetics Clinic

Job Type: Part-time (with a view to go full-time)

This role will join a medic-led aesthetics and beauty CQC Registered clinic based in Braintree, Essex, offering advanced, non-surgical treatments for skin, body and wellbeing. Our clinic delivers exceptional, personalised results in a luxury setting, blending clinical expertise with a warm, welcoming approach.

We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive & Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a sales-first role with a strong focus on generating revenue through treatment, product and package sales via in-person consultations, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media messaging.

About the Role:

As the Sales Executive & Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and the driving force behind our treatment bookings and sales targets. This is a KPI-driven role where your main focus will be to convert leads, upsell services, and create bespoke treatment journeys for new and existing clients.

Although this is a front-of-house position, 90% of your responsibilities will be sales-focused. You will also support the day-to-day upkeep of the clinic, check clients in and out of appointments, and ensure a seamless, high-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell treatments, services, packages and skincare products with confidence and integrity
  • Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media messaging
  • Convert consultation enquiries into bookings through effective needs-based selling
  • Follow up on client leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Build rapport with clients and tailor treatment recommendations to their goals
  • Keep accurate client records and manage booking system updates
  • Support reception duties such as checking in/out clients and managing appointment flow
  • Assist with light clinic maintenance to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Stay informed on the clinic’s treatments, products and aesthetic trends to maximise sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong, proven sales background – ideally from recruitment, estate agency, telesales, or luxury retail
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent communicator, confident on the phone and in face-to-face client interactions
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Highly professional and well-presented, reflecting the luxury standards of the clinic
  • Passion for skincare, beauty and aesthetics (industry experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Comfortable using CRM, booking systems and digital communication tools
  • Natural relationship builder who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment
