Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: London/hybrid Salary: £27,000 Our client is an award-winning digital consultancy that helps clients maximise the value of their investment in digital by combining the power of data with compelling design and digital technology – enabling them to connect better with their customers and deliver better outcomes. Main duties: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and enhancing client engagement. You'll contribute to content creation, award submissions, and case studies while collaborating with partners to uncover new opportunities. With a focus on reporting, analysis, and team collaboration, this role offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and digital strategy. Key skills: Sales and Lead Management • Manage and triage inbound leads, ensuring prompt and effective responses to nurture opportunities. • Act as a key interface for our lead generation partner, maintaining clear and continuous communication to optimize lead conversion. Lead Generation and Marketing Support • Support lead generation campaigns by assisting in the planning and execution of strategic activities that drive new business. • Help organize and facilitate new business events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement with potential clients. • Post social media content in line with the brand guidelines to boost visibility and engagement. Content, Award, and Case Study Contribution • Assist in the preparation and submission of award entries to help the business achieve industry recognition. • Support the creation of case studies by gathering and organizing relevant data and information from projects and stakeholders. Partner and Marketing Initiatives • Contribute to partner marketing efforts, working alongside internal teams to ensure the businesses interests are represented. • Collaborate on new business activities with partners, enhancing mutual opportunities for growth. Reporting and Analysis • Support lead generation and marketing reporting by maintaining accurate records and analytics, providing insights into campaign performance and areas for improvement. • Assist in content production by drafting materials and coordinating input from creative and marketing teams. Skills and Competencies Required: – Previous experience in a sales executive/sales co-ordinator role – Microsoft office skills such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint – Strong communication skills and an ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. – Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. – Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms. – Eagerness to learn and grow within the business development and marketing functions. – Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
