We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fluent French Relocation professional to join our client in London. As the Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of global relocation services to corporate clients. Working closely with internal European teams and external corporate clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth relocation process, adherence to compliance and regulations, and exceptional client service standards.
This position demands exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
What does the Relocation Specialist role include:
- Act as a subject matter expert for relocation-related services to corporate clients and their relocating employees.
- Manage each relocation employee case from start to finish, including the full delivery of their relocation needs assessments and induction calls.
- Build and foster professional relationships with clients and their employees.
- Coordinating global mobility services such as destination services, move management, and immigration services.
- Support supply chains to ensure high client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Attend meetings with the corporate client and their HR members when required.
- Communicate effectively in both English and French.
