An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fluent German International Relocation Specialist to work remotely in the UK. Main responsibilities: Act as main point of contact for assignees from start to finish of their relocation Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process Maintain a full understanding of the client’s relocation policies Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders Handle escalations and exceptions as required Maintain regular communication with third party vendors Assist with review of global mobility processes, making recommendations for improvement where possible Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries Compile and review cost estimates, ensuring accuracy Key Requirements: Experience in Relocation, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management preferred Fluent English & German is essential Proven track record working in a fast-paced customer driven environment Excellent communication skills Good understanding of global mobility policies and processes Strong problem solving skills Personal relocation experience preferred however not essential Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
