Alchemy are partnering with a Relocation provider in their search for a Relocation Consultant to join their team.
This exciting opportunity will require delivering a range of relocation services to corporate organisations and individuals to assist with all phases of the relocation process.
Duties of the Relocation Consultant position include;
- Management of full client portfolio from first enquiry to completion of the relocation
- Briefing the relocating employee to make them aware of the entire relocation process
- Organising property viewings and visits to relocatees
- Offering advice and report recommendations to clients, or appointing third parties where appropriate
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients and relocating employee, as well as team members and account managers
- Delivery of excellent client service across a diverse range of clients and cultures
- Arrange rental payments for clients when necessary, review rental tenancy offers and propose amendments to draft tenancy agreements
- Select and appoint third parties when required (marketing agents, furniture rental etc)
- Authorise employee expenses and third-party supplier invoices
- Negotiate home purchase and sale prices
- Ensure that allocation of relocation caseloads is appropriate and evenly distributed across team members
- Monthly review and analysis of client and portfolio performance, proactively submitting recommendations for improvements to the Operations and Accounts managers
- Initiate development opportunities
- Assisting account managers with checking policies and ensuring changes are carried out
- Responsible for service of delivery within budget
Experience and desirable skills required;
- Experience within Relocation, Destination Services, Property sales, or Estate Agents’ Lettings department, and working with a UK and international caseload
- Understanding of relocation, letting procedures, and tenancy agreements preferred
- Experience in working in a customer service role
- Ability to manage own workload under pressure
- MS Excel, Outlook, and Word proficient
- Confident and proactive
- Passionate about delivering exemplary client service in line with company guidelines
