At Alchemy we are working with an established design and art gallery based in London looking for a Marketing Manager with +3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across email, website, and social media.
  • Maintain and update the website and digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram and others).
  • Create and send newsletters using Mailchimp.
  • Work with external designers, photographers, and freelancers.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track spending.
  • Produce printed materials like catalogues, labels, and signage.
  • Write and send press releases, handle press enquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and press contacts.
  • Maintain press archive and ensure good media coverage.
  • Write exhibition texts and manage artist biographies.
  • Support content creation and image sourcing for promotional use.
  • Help install exhibitions (e.g. vinyl, labels).
  • Train new staff on marketing tools and systems.
  • Attend studio visits and gather content.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the art or design sector.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, and Artlogic.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
