A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales manager to take charge of a dynamic inbound moving sales team. If you’re a hands-on manager with a background in household goods moving and a passion for leading people, we want to hear from you. This role is based in Hertfordshire and involves running a team of 5–6 office-based moving sales professionals. With a strong focus on converting leads and managing enquiries, this role blends strategic leadership with direct sales involvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 moving sales professionals.
- Oversee inbound sales processes, ensuring timely follow-up on all household goods moving enquiries.
- Drive team performance through motivation, training, and one-to-one development.
- Ensure all surveying and quoting is accurate and aligned with company standards.
- Track sales performance, leads conversion rates, and reporting KPIs to senior leadership.
- Manage workflow and ensure enquiries are actioned promptly and effectively.
