We are currently partnering with a global consulting firm who are looking to hire a Reward Manager to join their growing team in London. This position offers hybrid working. Designing and reviewing executive, sales, and broader employee reward programmes, considering competitiveness, affordability, performance, and alignment with organisational objectives. Advising clients on reward frameworks, pay structures, incentive plans and reward governance, translating business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions. Applying reward analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities across pay, incentives and employee populations, using data to inform client decision-making. Supporting clients with pay equity and pay transparency assessments, helping organisations identify potential risks and develop appropriate remediation strategies. 4+ years of experience and knowledge of reward and compensation structures. ~ Strong client management skills and data analysis skills are required. ~
