Our client is a global advisory company helping clients such as deal and M&A teams at private equity funds, corporates and corporate law firms manage risk by providing intelligence to enable informed decisions to be made on deals, partnerships, new markets and regulatory and political environments. Our client has a unique opportunity for a Business Consulting Client Development Director to join their team in London. This is a client facing role focused on client relationship building and development of new business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities focused on Private Equity, Corporate Finance & Banking clients.
  • Proactively reaching out to and engaging with potential new clients and existing clients.
  • Managing and developing existing clients during ongoing projects and following delivery.
  • Managing client relationships, engaging with clients and keeping them updated on new initiatives with a view to gain new business.
  • Assisting the project teams with ongoing projects, communication with clients and managing client’s expectations.
  • Providing expertly written, high quality reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Reporting to Senior Directors on business development strategies, meetings and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Strong client skills; must have a client facing background in management consultancy, investment banking, law policy or intelligence.
  • Experienced working with clients at C-suite / Senior Executive level across different industries.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
