We're seeking a Communications Manager to lead strategic storytelling across our inflight products and services. You'll shape clear, compelling narratives that articulate vision, customer value, and product differentiation, working across Product Development, CX, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to deliver a unified message.
You'll partner with experts across interiors, culinary, IFEC, digital, and design, turning complex product and operational detail into accessible, engaging content for internal and external audiences. This is a highly crossâfunctional role with strong influence, visibility, and impact. Relocation to Qatar required.
What you'll do:
- Lead communication strategy for inflight product and service initiatives
- Develop product briefs, content, and narratives that showcase CX and value proposition
- Translate technical and operational updates into clear, consistent messaging
- Advise product teams and prepare strategic and executiveâlevel communications
- Support launches, activations, and press activity in partnership with Marketing and PR
- Build a forwardâlooking content calendar across launches and milestones
- Maintain communication alignment across all product and service workstreams
- Establish KPIs and reporting to measure communication effectiveness
