Engage directly with consumers interested in international removals and relocation services, leading them through the purchasing process, answering removals-related questions, and providing a consistent customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide individualised removals options in response to incoming enquiries by phone, email, or chat.
  • Determine the needs of the removals client and connect them with the relevant relocation or moving services.
  • To secure business and close deals, follow up on removals quotes.
  • Develop a relationship of trust with your clients to make their move more enjoyable.
  • Reach or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals for both individuals and teams.

  • Utilise CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.

  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and CRM applications.
