Job Description
Alchemy is seeking an experienced Head of Catering to lead and develop the catering operations for our client, a well-established organisation recognised for delivering exceptional food services. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a passion for hospitality, team development, and service excellence.
**This position requires relocating to Doha**
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of catering services across multiple sites/events.
- Develop and implement catering strategies that align with business goals and client expectations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of catering managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent product quality and value.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create innovative catering concepts for events and functions.
