As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Sales-Focused Front of House Representative to join the team and take ownership of converting client enquiries into booked treatments. This is a results-driven, client-facing role with excellent commission opportunities.
About the Role:
You will be the face of the clinic, providing a five-star front-of-house experience while taking full responsibility for driving sales. You’ll engage with both new and existing clients, confidently recommending treatment plans and securing bookings. This role requires a proven background in sales. If you have a background in Recruitment, Estate Agency, or another Sales-driven environment, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all clients with warmth and professionalism
- Proactively sell and upsell aesthetic, beauty and wellness treatments as well as skincare
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with confidence and clarity
- Follow up with leads, convert consultations, and maximise treatment bookings
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment history
- Conduct thorough research into competitor offerings and treatment trends
- Support the clinic team with daily admin, appointment management, and payments
Requirements:
- Proven background in Sales is essential (recruitment, estate agency, telesales or similar)
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage a busy reception desk
- Sales-driven with a genuine interest in aesthetics and skincare
- Confident on the phone and in face-to-face conversations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural researcher who stays up to date with industry trends
- Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of booking systems and CRM tools
- Someone who lives locally to the business premises if preferred
Role Type and Benefits:
- This is a self-employed position
- Shifts include Monday 11-7pm, Wednesday 10-8pm, Friday 10-8pm + regular additional days/hours for shift cover (particularly during school holidays)
