You will play a vital role in safeguarding financial accuracy, managing third-party vendor processes, and ensuring prompt and precise reimbursement procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for expense-related enquiries from internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Audit and process expense claims and vendor invoices in line with client-specific policies and financial governance.
- Maintain accurate financial records using internal management systems.
