A great opportunity is available to join a dynamic relocation and destination services team supporting international employees and their families as they settle into a new location.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised support to relocating employees and their families during their move and integration.

Deliver destination services including orientation programs covering housing, schooling, local area information, and cultural adjustment.

Coordinate with service providers to arrange home searches, settling-in services, and other destination needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for relocating assignees, addressing questions and resolving challenges quickly.

Support client HR teams with updates, case management, and policy guidance.

Maintain accurate records, case notes, and reporting throughout each assignment.

Ensure exceptional service delivery and a positive relocation experience from start to finish.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in relocation, destination services, or global mobility is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of the relocation process and local area resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

Bachelor\’s degree preferred but not required.
