Our client, a highly reputable relocation service provider, is seeking a Relocation & Destination Services Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DSP relocation professional with a strong background in UK tenancy and lettings. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for Destination Services, supporting relocating employees throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for coordinating end-to-end relocation and destination services.
- Oversee all aspects of property-related services, including home searches, tenancy management, lease negotiations, lettings, and managing third-party suppliers (inventory clerks, landlords, cleaning services, etc.).
- Manage a caseload of assignees, providing timely updates, guidance, and personalised support throughout the relocation process.
- Coordinate property check-in/check-out appointments with inventory clerks and landlords.
- Deliver pre-assignment briefings and assess client relocation policies as required.
- Prepare detailed client status reports and ensure accurate invoicing and supplier invoice approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with both the relocating employee and corporate clients/HR teams.
- Proactively assess operational efficiency and suggest process enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Destination Services, Relocation, or UK Property/Tenancy Management.
- Strong working knowledge of UK lettings regulations and tenancy procedures.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset, though not essential.
