We are seeking a Relocation Destination Services Consultant to manage relocation services for employees. You will be responsible for coordinating home searches, tenancy management, lease negotiations, and liaising with landlords and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the main point of contact for relocation and destination services.
- Manage tenancy negotiations and relocation activities (home search, property services, check-ins/outs).
- Build relationships with relocating employees and client HR teams.
- Conduct pre-assignment briefings and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare status reports and recommend process improvements.
- Review and approve supplier invoices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in relocation, destination services, or the UK Property sector.
- Knowledge of tenancy management and lettings.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual skills are not mandatory but are a plus.
