We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to take ownership of brand positioning, marketing strategy and growth initiatives for an established organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and wider teams to strengthen the brand, increase market visibility and identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering the overall brand, marketing and growth strategy. Taking ownership of brand positioning, messaging and consistency across all channels. Planning and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and commercial performance. Identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, partnerships and market growth. Using performance data and market insights to assess campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness. Managing marketing budgets, priorities and resources to maximise return on investment. Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives. We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in a senior marketing, brand or growth-focused position. A strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing and customer acquisition. Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide marketing decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on delivery.
