Experienced Guest Service Officer in City of London

We are working with a well-established hospitality provider in London seeking a Guest Services Executive to join their team. This is a fast-paced, office-based role focused on delivering a high-quality experience to guests from booking through to post-stay support. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience within hospitality, corporate housing, serviced apartments, or hotels, who thrives in a client-facing, detail-driven environment.
