Alchemy is working with a leading UK removals company to recruit a Trainee Removals Branch Manager in Nottingham. This is an exciting entry level opportunity in the domestic, international and commercial relocation industry. What You\’ll Be Doing:Shadow and support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operationsLearn to manage branch profitability and cost controlAssist in sales development for domestic, international, storage, and O&I relocationsCoordinate quotes, bookings, and job schedulingHelp manage logistics, vehicles and staff deploymentEnsure high quality customer service and complaint resolutionSupport personnel management, including training and shift planningMonitor inventory, warehouse and storage operationsHelp implement health & safety procedures on removals sitesCollect operational metrics and assist with performance reportingLiaise with suppliers, vendors and industry partnersContribute to process improvements and initiatives
