Our client is looking for a polished Relocation DSP Consultant to join their London-based team, delivering outstanding relocation and destination services for corporate clients moving employees to the UK. In this hands-on role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, using your organisational skills, clear communication, and client-focused approach to ensure a seamless relocation experience, all while gaining valuable experience and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver relocation services, including area orientation, home search, education consulting, tenancy management, and departure services.
- Act as the operational first point of contact for assignees and corporate HR partners.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to all stakeholders throughout the relocation process.
- Keep up to date with legislation and compliance requirements relating to property and tenancy management.
- Support clients with tenancy renewals, extensions, and departures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR teams, relocation partners, and service providers.
- Actively contribute to a positive client experience, ensuring service excellence and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the in-house team on day-to-day operations and cross-functional projects.
