A leading global relocation services provider is seeking a Relocation Consultant – French Speaker to manage and deliver high-touch mobility services to international assignees. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for clients relocating across borders, offering an exceptional customer experience while managing logistical and administrative coordination behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and their assignees throughout the relocation process.
- Conduct needs assessments and understand client policies in detail.
- Coordinate temporary housing, property searches, school placements, and other settling-in services.
- Liaise with third-party vendors including moving companies, utility providers, and real estate professionals.
- Monitor costs and ensure services stay within client budgets and policy guidelines.
- Proactively escalate and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and seamless service.
- Provide consistent updates to clients, keeping them informed of progress.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes on internal platforms.
- Deliver reports and maintain system data to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Fluent in French (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Confident with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in relocation, HR support, or high-volume customer service preferred.
- Exposure to international environments or multicultural experience a strong advantage.
- Happy to work on a hybrid setup.
