Responsibilities
- Conducting timely and accurate surveys for prospective moving customers for a variety of moving services offered by the company.
- Providing quotes for moving services to new and existing customers in accordance with the company's pricing guidelines.
- Seeking opportunities to network with moving industry professionals to keep up to date with market trends.
- Promoting company services and keeping in touch with prospective moving clients in order to convert inquiries and quotes into sales.
- Serving as a point of contact for moving customers to support their moving and relocation needs.
- Responding to enquiries and handling any issues related to the moving process.
Requirements
- Prior sales & surveying experience in the moving and relocation industry.
