We’re working with a removals company looking to recruit a Removals Operations Manager for its operation in Northwest London. This is a hands-on position within the moving and removals sector, combining day-to-day operational management with practical involvement in removals, warehouse work and driving when required, a perfect role for a forward thinker looking to modernise and optimise the company's processes to reach their KPIs. The role will also include some Saturday shifts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing daily removals operations and allocating work to crews and drivers. Planning removals schedules, vehicle requirements and staffing for upcoming jobs. Working alongside crews and getting involved with removals and warehouse duties when required. Coordinating crews throughout the day and dealing with operational changes as they arise. Driving 3.5 tonne removal vans when needed.
