We are partnering with an international mobility services provider that is seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join their in-house UK team.
You will manage a varied UK immigration caseload, providing clear, accurate advice and support to corporate clients, HR teams and assignees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end UK immigration cases from initial assessment and advice through to application submission and post-decision support.
Advise corporate clients and private individuals on appropriate visa routes, work authorisation and residence requirements.
Prepare, review and submit applications in accordance with UK immigration legislation and Home Office requirements.
Respond to queries from applicants, corporate mobility and HR teams, internal colleagues, partners and government authorities.
Monitor visa and document expiry dates, providing proactive advice on renewals and upcoming deadlines.
