We are seeking an experienced Removals Operations Supervisor to join a well-established removals company in Greenford, Greater London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an operations professional with experience in household goods (HHG) and commercial removals services to oversee daily operations and ensure consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day delivery of household goods (HHG), commercial and office removal operations.
  • Coordinate removal crews, drivers, vehicles and equipment to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Plan and oversee daily removal schedules, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
  • Brief crews on job requirements, access restrictions, customer expectations and special handling requirements.
  • Monitor operational performance throughout the day and resolve delays, staffing issues and service challenges.
  • Ensure removal crews comply with company health and safety procedures, manual handling requirements and safe working practices.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout each move and promptly address operational concerns or complaints.
  • Liaise with customers, surveyors, move coordinators, sales teams and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth job execution.
  • Conduct vehicle, equipment and operational checks to ensure resources are maintained and ready.
