We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our expanding Public Sector practice.
You will work within secure government organisations, delivering projects that improve services relied upon by millions across the UK.

What You Will Do
- Lead workstreams on complex transformation and delivery programmes.
- Engage diverse stakeholder groups, from technical delivery teams to operational end users, building trusted relationships with clients.
- Deliver practical solutions that create measurable outcomes for clients.
- Develop your consulting skills through training and engaging with the wider Alchemmy community.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as marketing, recruitment, wellbeing, proposals, and practice development.
- What We Are Looking For
- Ability to manage workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, workshop facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, curious, values-led approach and commitment to improving public sector outcomes.
- Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Business Change, or other consulting experience (desirable).
- Experience working in UK secure government organisations (desirable).
- Eligibility criteria
- Due to the nature of our engagements, you must hold active DV security clearance.
- You must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
- You should be available to work on London-based client sites at least three days per week and spend Fridays in Alchemmy's London office.
