Advising the capital investment prioritisation and mobilisation of core programmes in the next regulatory period for a major European airport.
Leading a cross-functional engagement in a lean multidisciplinary team.
Working closely with a senior responsible owner (SRO) to help them define programme strategy, structure delivery, establish core leadership team and mobilise the programme.
Working closely with senior operational sponsors to capture their ambition and needs.
Converting complex information into simplified clear visually impactful narratives for senior internal audiences (incl. C-suite).
Leading stakeholder engagement & communication in the early phases of mobilisation to gain buy-in and sponsorship.
Required Experience and Skills
- 8-12 years of experience designing & delivering transformation projects and programmes of varying scales & complexities (preferably with previous experience working in a consultancy).
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas: Operating Model Design, Organisational / People Change, Digital Transformation.
- Programme, workstream and tranche management experience of the whole end to end cycle (design, mobilisation and delivery).
- Strategic advisory experience (working with senior sponsors).
- Experience with infrastructure and technology scopes of work.
- Team management.
- Strong visualisation & storytelling skills.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner preferred.
- Aviation experience preferred but not essential.
Soft Skills
- Self-starter.
- Personable and able to rapidly build rapport with different stakeholders (from Ops to C-Suite).
- Structured problem solver.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure.
