We are on the lookout for a talented individual with extensive experience in National Security to join our dynamic and ambitious Practice. Whether you’re leading workstreams or managing engagements with both new and established clients, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-value outcomes, tackling challenging client issues, building strong relationships, and propelling your career forward. You will have the chance to work closely with clients to support their vital national security missions.
Your Role and Contributions
- Build positive professional relationships with client peers and colleagues.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from technical delivery to end operational users.
- Design and lead meetings and workshops with confidence.
- Gather, compile, analyze, and present data in a clear and efficient manner.
- Utilize written communication to effectively share information, ideas, and approaches.
- Tackle complex and challenging national security problems and drive impactful outcomes.
- Enhance your core consulting skills through training and collaboration with the wider Alchemmy consulting practices.
- Support internal initiatives, such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Wellbeing.
- Be available to work on client sites up to 3 days a week (based in London) and Fridays in Alchemmy's London office.
Requirements
- Currently be working in National Security or have done so in the past year.
- Hold an active DV security clearance.
- Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Business Change in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Candidates must have the right to work in the U.K.
