Opportunities in the Public Sector Practice
Our Public Sector Practice is expanding, and we’re looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering positive, purpose‑driven change. You will work with a wide range of government and public service organisations to improve outcomes for citizens and communities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold an active DV security clearance or be eligible to obtain DV clearance.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Expectations and Contributions
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering tangible outcomes that create real‑world impact.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with client peers and colleagues.
- Engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, from technical delivery teams to operational end users.
- Use written communication to clearly and effectively present information, ideas, and approaches.
- Enhance your consulting capability through training and by engaging with the broader Alchemmy consulting community.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Wellbeing.
- Be available to work on client sites at least three days per week (London‑based), and spend Fridays in Alchemmy’s London office.
- Bring experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Business Change in an Agile environment (advantageous but not essential).
- Ideally bring prior experience working within the Public Sector (desirable).
