A little about us
We’re a small, specialist recruitment business working across the chemical industry. We started during the pandemic and have delivered six consecutive profitable years, building lasting relationships with businesses ranging from independent SMEs to global chemical manufacturers.
We take our work seriously and care about doing it properly. Our approach combines a clear, structured search process with the personal attention clients and candidates deserve.
Now we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who shares that approach and wants to help shape our next chapter.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll have existing client relationships and live vacancies to get involved with, alongside the opportunity to develop business of your own.
Your role will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their businesses and advising on their recruitment needs.
- Finding and getting to know candidates, understanding what matters to them and where they could thrive.
- Managing assignments from the initial brief through interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Keeping clients and candidates informed, prepared and supported throughout.
- Growing your network and spotting opportunities to build lasting partnerships.
Who would fit in well?
You’ll ideally have experience in recruitment or sales, with exposure to manufacturing, engineering, operations or technical markets.
You don’t need to arrive as a chemical industry expert. Curiosity, commercial drive and a willingness to learn will go a long way.
We’d love to meet someone who enjoys speaking to people, follows through on commitments and takes pride in a job well done. You’ll be organised, comfortable developing business and able to keep going when a promising conversation doesn’t quite go to plan.
