WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Every visit is different, but your purpose is always the same - to help people live well at home.
- Provide warm, genuine companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care - washing, bathing, dressing and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers and safe moving and handling
- Prepare meals and drinks, respecting dietary needs and preferences
- Administer or prompt medication as directed by the care plan
- Support with light household tasks - cleaning, laundry, shopping
- Keep clear, accurate records after every visit
- Report any changes in a client's condition to the care team promptly

- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance
