Alcester Home Care Agency is recruiting dedicated carers across Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden, Redditch, Evesham, Leamington Spa, Bromsgrove, Solihull and surrounding areas. This Care Assistant position is offered on a zero-hours contract, giving you flexibility while remaining part of a professional and well-organised care agency. We do however have alternative contracts including Guaranteed Hours Contracts, which can be discussed further during interview.
What We Will Offer The Care Assistant:- Β£15.00 per hour (inclusive of travel time)

You will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and comfort. This includes personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship and assistance with daily living activities. Building trusted relationships with clients and their families is central to what we do.
Essential Requirements for the Care Assistant:- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
- Ability to meet training and compliance requirements
- Class 1 business insurance (can be added to your policy)
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
