What We’re Looking For

No previous care experience is required — full training is provided.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • Availability to meet training and compliance requirements
  • Class 1 Business Insurance (can be added to your policy)
  • Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
