- Exam Administration & Operations: Assist with creating timetables and seating plans, setting up examination rooms, managing room availability, and coordinating IT/special needs requirements.
- Regulation & Compliance: Uphold Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and school regulations to ensure all exams run smoothly and securely.
- Invigilation & Supervision: Assist with the invigilation rota, admit candidates, supervise exams, and maintain exam security before, during, and after sessions.
- Results & Certificates: Support the administration during public examination results periods (including August), manage post-results requests, and distribute certificates.
- Deputising: Deputise for the Examinations Officer when required during exam series.
Experience: Previous invigilation experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and vigilant under pressure.
- Flexibility: Availability during key examination windows across the school year.
