Role: Internal Account Manager

Location: St Albans

Remuneration: market leading basic salary, exceptional bonus structure, 25 days holiday and Pension

They offer the widest range of thermoplastic materials in the UK including HIPS, ABS, PVC, PET and PETG. Their products are available in a variety of colours, textures, sizes and thicknesses, delivered with a bespoke, thoughtful service.

As an Internal Account Manager, your role will be to pro-actively support customers, ensuring gross profit generation and business retention is achieved.

  • Regularly reviewing allocated customers with your Sales Manager, identifying the future tactics to secure or develop the business & maximise gross profit generation.
  • Become a product expert in a niche arena that offers great training and progression opportunities.
  • Negotiate payment terms with allocated accounts to try to improve the return on investment.
  • Review results monthly, identifying tactics to develop the full potential while exploring, identifying and actioning opportunities for additional product sales and ultimately value added profit generation.
  • Quoting customers for their requirements promptly and within the timescales agreed either converting immediately into an order or recording clearly for future reference.
  • Following up previous quotations in an organised manner, converting into sales orders.
  • Ensure potential customers fit our product and service portfolio ensuring our services are offered in a clear and unambiguous manner.
