Due to continued expansion, the company have identified the need for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain planning and execution activities. Reporting to the Graphics Operations Director and being a key figure in the operations senior leadership team, you will lead demand planning, supply planning, stock management, logistics, capacity planning, customer delivery and the full S&OP process. The role ensures that all planning and service actions support one graphics business made up of three brands that work closely together to meet customer demand. The Supply Chain Manager ensures strong alignment between market demand, operational capability, customer service and cost to serve.
- Demand Planning and Forecasting: Create accurate forecasts using historical data, customer insights and commercial input.
- Supply Planning and Inventory Management: Build mid-term and long-term supply plans that support demand and reflect network capability. Ensure appropriate stock levels across coating, converting and warehouse locations. Monitor service, supply and stock measures and act when performance moves away from expected levels.
- Capacity and Network Management: Maintain capacity models for both sites and ensure coating and converting teams understand expected load. Identify constraints and work with Operations to improve throughput, utilisation and overall network effectiveness.
- Logistics Management: Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure reliable and efficient delivery performance. Coordinate transport partners, warehouse teams and finishing teams across both countries.
- Consolidate input from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance to build one shared plan.
- Integration Across the Three Brands: Ensure all planning work reflects that the brands operate as one graphics business. Consolidate data, stock information, capacity information and logistics information from all locations.
- Management of Different Planning Systems: Work with planning teams that use different tools and ensure all plans remain accurate and consistent. Identify risks created by system differences and build short term solutions while moving toward one system. Maintain a reliable view of demand, supply, stock, logistics and capacity across the entire business.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply statistical models for forecasting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with demand planning tools, ERP & APS systems, and advanced Excel and reporting platform like Power BI. Understanding of supply chain dynamics, market behaviour, and cost-to-serve principles. Ability to address capacity & network challenges and adapt plans quickly in changing environments.
Language: Fluent English.
10+ years in supply planning or supply chain roles, with exposure to S&OP processes in global & matrix environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics, CPIM or similar supply chain certifications will be an advantage.
