Alcedo Selection Limited is a rapidly expanding vinyl signage and graphics business based in the West Midlands. We work with leading UK businesses to deliver large‑scale vehicle graphics projects, from vehicle rebranding and fleet livery to wall wraps, prestige car wraps, events and venue branding.

Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the New Business Development Manager will generate new business sales in line with the company’s sales strategy and drive growth across the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new vehicle livery revenue in agreed target markets.
• Provide hands‑on leadership of key sales opportunities and lead business growth.
• Develop strong working relationships with management and understand operational procedures.
• Work with the Sales Director to identify and develop new market sectors including paint protection film, prestige car wrapping and architectural applications.
• Build relationships with existing customers and commercial fleet operators.
• Develop and manage new business relationships with leasing companies.
• Maintain regular in‑person customer meetings in the field or at the factory.
• Act as focal point for tender enquiries, managing quotations and ensuring bids are compliant and on time.
• Represent the business with vinyl manufacturers and key suppliers, developing marketplace knowledge.
• Work closely with costing and visualisation teams to match quotations to customer requirements and margin goals.
