Role Overview

As a people person, you will enjoy meeting and supporting a diverse range of people of all ages. The Complex Care Assistant role involves clinical tasks such as PEG, ABI, spinal support, tracheostomy and nebulisers, depending on the specific person you are supporting. You will receive comprehensive training and competency sign‑off from our in‑house team of Registered Nurses to ensure you are confident in your role.

This role also includes personal care such as continence support, washing, dressing, as well as support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks, just as importantly, you’ll promote people\’s independence while bringing a real sense of joy to those you support.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months care experience within a UK care setting.
• Experience working with complex care, e.g., tracheostomy care – ideally, but not essential as we provide full training.
• Personal care and clinical competency as described above.

Additional Requirements

• Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
• Subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
